You will be responsible for conducting client engagements professionally and according to contract terms. Key duties include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients. Advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, and gaining working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates are also core responsibilities.

Furthermore, you'll actively participate in group work, assist in delivering projects effectively, and collaborate with tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax solutions. Ensuring adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards is essential. You will utilize electronic working papers and various software for research, analyze data into tax products, and maintain client confidentiality.

To excel in this role, you should possess good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a strong ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, an enthusiastic and self-starting attitude, and strong teamwork skills are vital.
