Operational Excellence includes researching and analyzing transaction tax laws for inbound and outbound deals, corporate reorganizations, and securities market aspects. This involves understanding domestic and international tax, corporate laws, SEBI, FEMA, Competition Act, and stamp duty laws.

You will research tax theories, apply them to client needs, and prepare deliverables capturing implications. Direct tax diligence, including scrutinizing past tax issues and compliance, will be a key task, with findings documented in diligence reports. Efficiently utilize tax practice processes and tools, staying updated on industry trends and regulatory developments. Maintain organized records of internal documents and working papers, and assist in preparing training presentations.

To qualify for this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is required.

Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is essential.
