Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contract terms. You will manage the preparation and filing of individual tax returns and e-TDS returns, draft submissions for tax authorities, and represent clients before them.

This role also involves advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, understanding immigration, and provident fund regulations for expatriates. You will also contribute to operational excellence by participating in group work, delivering tasks effectively, and collaborating with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions.

To excel in this role, you should possess a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and have 0-1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, alongside a strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You should demonstrate robust analytical and numerical abilities, be enthusiastic, a self-starter, and a team player with good time management skills and the ability to grasp details.
