The TAX - ITTS - Advisory team is seeking a Consultant to join our National sector-agnostic teams. We offer connected services across all tax disciplines, assisting clients in navigating rapid changes. By leveraging exceptional knowledge, experience, and technology, we equip clients with insights for better business decisions, helping them understand global tax policies and compliance. Our teams utilize transformative technologies for strategy and execution, managing tax obligations, operations, and workforce to mitigate risk and drive sustainable value.

Demonstrate strong technical expertise in transaction tax advisory, covering domestic and international tax, corporate laws, SEBI, FEMA, Competition Act, and stamp duty implications on deals. Conduct comprehensive tax research and apply tax theory to inbound/outbound transactions, corporate reorganizations, and securities matters. Prepare clear and accurate deliverables using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email, based on complex tax analysis and client needs. Perform direct tax diligence by reviewing historical tax issues, compliance records, and target company facts, documenting findings in structured reports. Maintain organized working papers, support knowledge sharing, and utilize tax tools for efficient, high-quality work product delivery.

We are looking for individuals with a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving, capable of delivering insightful and practical solutions across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
