As a Consultant within our Tax Advisory team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client service and driving profitable growth by ensuring engagements are executed with maximum efficiency. Key client responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contractual terms. This involves preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients before them. You will also advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements and gain working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations concerning expatriates.

Internally, you will contribute to team performance by exhibiting a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. Collaborative efforts will focus on evaluating and enhancing both individual and team output. Sharing knowledge from various sources, including databases, and delivering timely, high-quality work that surpasses client expectations are paramount. You will participate in group work, assist in effective delivery, and team with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial. You must demonstrate strong analytical and numerical abilities, coupled with an enthusiastic and self-starting attitude. Being a team player, with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills, will significantly contribute to your success. A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is a mandatory qualification, with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Ideally, you will have good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.
