Key responsibilities include managing client engagements professionally, preparing and filing tax returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and advising on cross-border employee mobility and expatriate benefits.

You will also prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and represent clients before tax authorities. Advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements and understanding immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates are also crucial aspects of this role.

Additionally, you will work constructively with the team, evaluate performance, and contribute knowledge from various sources. You will be expected to deliver timely, high-quality work products that exceed client expectations and participate in executing work programs aligned with firm methodologies and professional standards.

We are looking for individuals with a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and 0-1 year of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and numerical abilities, be enthusiastic self-starters, and effective team players with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills. Interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and comfort interacting with senior executives are also highly valued.
