EY seeks a motivated Consultant to join our National Indirect Tax team in Noida. You will be responsible for conducting client engagements professionally and within contractual agreements. Key duties include preparing and filing tax returns, drafting submissions, and representing clients before tax authorities. Advising on inbound/outbound structuring and managing expatriate tax matters, including immigration and provident fund considerations, will be part of your role.

Internally, you will foster a positive team spirit, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and work collaboratively to enhance team performance. Sharing knowledge and leveraging resources effectively are crucial. You will ensure timely and high-quality service delivery that consistently exceeds client expectations.

Demonstrating professionalism, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to team success by understanding methodologies and tools are key attributes. Proactively seeking assignments, opportunities, and challenging traditional procedures to find innovative approaches will be encouraged.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to perform well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines is essential, alongside robust analytical and numerical capabilities.

A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
