As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in preparing and filing individual tax returns and e-TDS returns. You'll draft submissions and represent clients before tax authorities. Key tasks include advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements, and understanding immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

You will also collaborate with the team to enhance performance, share knowledge, and deliver high-quality services exceeding client expectations. Operational tasks involve executing work programs, adhering to firm methodologies, and utilizing electronic working papers and research tools efficiently. Developing technical competence in tax compliance and advisory is crucial, as is converting data into accurate tax products.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential, alongside robust analytical and numerical skills.

A certified CA qualification is mandatory, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
