As a Consultant, your client responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally, meeting client expectations, and adhering to contract terms. You will be responsible for preparing and filing individual tax returns and e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and advising on employee mobility structuring, including immigration and provident fund aspects for expatriates.

Operationally, you will participate in group work, deliver assignments effectively, and team with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions. Ensuring work aligns with the program, firm methodologies, and professional standards is key. You will utilize electronic working papers and software for research, acquire and demonstrate technical competence, and analyze data for accurate tax products.

Your role also involves thoroughly checking documents for tax inspections, maintaining professionalism, and upholding client confidentiality. You will contribute to team success by understanding methodologies and tools, keeping team members informed, seeking assignments, proactively identifying tax service opportunities, and exploring innovative approaches.

To succeed in this role, you need a certified CA qualification and 0-1 year of relevant experience. Essential skills include good written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong analytical and numerical abilities, enthusiasm, and a self-starter attitude.
