Engage professionally with clients, adhering to contract terms and expectations. Prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and draft submissions for tax authorities. Provide advisory on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements, with working knowledge of immigration and provident fund for expatriates.

Collaborate within a team to evaluate and enhance individual and collective performance. Share and leverage knowledge from various sources, databases, and team members. Deliver high-quality services that consistently exceed client expectations.

Participate in group work execution, assisting in effective delivery and teaming with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions. Ensure assigned tasks align with work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and various software applications for efficient research.

Develop technical competence in tax compliance processes by staying updated on industry trends and technical authorities, applying this knowledge to moderately complex situations. Analyze and transform data into accurate and timely tax products, whether advisory or compliance-focused. Thoroughly check documents and prepare them for tax inspections as needed.

Demonstrate professionalism through a positive, cooperative attitude, maintaining confidentiality of client relationships and work products. Contribute to team success by understanding methodologies and tools, keeping team members informed of work status, proactively seeking assignments, and exploring new approaches.

A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is required for this role. We are seeking candidates with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

Successful candidates will possess good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial, alongside strong analytical and numerical abilities. Enthusiasm, a self-starter attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and effective time management skills are essential attributes.
