Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally and per client expectations. You will be involved in preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and advising on employee structuring for outbound/inbound movements. Additionally, you'll assist with immigration and provident fund matters related to expatriates.

Operationally, you will participate in group work, deliver tasks effectively, and collaborate with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions. Ensuring adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards is crucial. You'll utilize electronic working papers and various software for research, analyze data to produce accurate and timely tax products, and prepare documents for tax inspections.

Demonstrate a positive and cooperative attitude, maintaining client confidentiality. Contribute to team success by understanding our methodologies, keeping colleagues informed of work status, seeking assignments, proactively offering tax services, and exploring innovative approaches to challenging traditional procedures.

To excel in this role, you should possess good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and numerical abilities, an enthusiastic and self-starting attitude, and excellent teamwork are essential. The capacity to grasp details and manage time effectively are also key attributes for success.

To qualify, you must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
