This role is part of our National Tax team, specifically within the Corporate Transformation & Transactions Services division, focusing on Tax Law. Our professionals provide comprehensive tax services, leveraging deep knowledge and technology to help clients navigate complex tax landscapes and make informed business decisions. We assist companies in understanding global tax policies and laws, ensuring compliance and driving sustainable value through strategic execution.

Provide expert consultation on the Companies Act, 2013, and its application in corporate law and transaction advisory. Support fundraising transactions, including conducting legal due diligence and managing documentation. Utilize working knowledge of SEBI laws and regulatory requirements for corporate structuring and capital market deals. Assist with corporate transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance, restructuring, and transaction support. Apply general consulting principles to deliver legally sound and regulation-aligned solutions. Collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.

A qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Possess a strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and its practical application. Demonstrated experience in supporting fundraising transactions and legal due diligence. Familiarity with SEBI laws and regulatory frameworks for corporate transactions. Ability to contribute to corporate transformation projects and provide transaction support. Excellent problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and insightful approach. Agile, curious, and adaptable mindset with a creative approach to delivering solutions.
