This role as a Consultant in NAT TAX LAW Corp Transformation & Transactions Svcs in Mumbai is within our National team, which comprises sector-agnostic professionals working across various industries. Our globally coordinated tax professionals offer comprehensive services across all tax disciplines, enabling clients to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Your key responsibilities will involve demonstrating technical excellence by providing strong understanding and application of the Companies Act, 2013 in corporate law and transaction advisory engagements. You will support fundraising transactions, including legal due diligence and documentation, and possess a working knowledge of SEBI laws and regulatory requirements for corporate structuring and capital market transactions.

Additionally, you will assist in corporate transformation matters, encompassing compliance, restructuring, and transaction support. The role requires exposure to general consulting work with a focus on delivering legally sound and regulation-aligned solutions.
