This role within the National Tax – Corporate Transformation & Transactions Services team in Mumbai offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse industries. Our Tax professionals provide connected services, leveraging deep expertise and technology to help clients navigate rapid changes, make informed business decisions, and achieve sustainable value. We specialize in areas including Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax, and Transaction Services.

Apply comprehensive knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 to corporate law and transaction advisory engagements. Support fundraising transactions, including conducting legal due diligence and preparing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with SEBI laws and regulatory requirements for corporate structuring and capital markets. Assist in corporate transformation initiatives, encompassing compliance, restructuring, and transaction support. Deliver legally sound and regulation-aligned solutions through general consulting work.

To excel in this role, a qualification as a Company Secretary is essential. You will need a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong collaborative abilities, capable of serving multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
