Our Tax - Law - Corp Transformation & Transactions Services professionals deliver connected expertise across all tax disciplines, helping clients navigate a rapidly changing environment. We leverage deep knowledge, experience, and technology to provide strategic insights and empower better business decisions. Our teams assist companies in understanding global tax policies and laws for effective planning and compliance, utilizing transformative technologies to manage risk and drive sustainable value.

Provide technical expertise in corporate law and transaction advisory, focusing on the Companies Act, 2013.

Support fundraising transactions, including conducting legal due diligence and preparing necessary documentation.

Apply working knowledge of SEBI laws and regulatory requirements for corporate structuring and capital market transactions.

Assist clients with corporate transformation initiatives, encompassing compliance, restructuring, and transaction support.

Engage in general consulting work, delivering legally sound and regulation-aligned solutions to complex business challenges.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong foundation in the Companies Act, 2013 and its application in corporate law and transaction advisory.

Prior experience supporting fundraising transactions, including legal due diligence and documentation, is essential.

A solid understanding of SEBI laws and relevant regulatory frameworks for corporate structuring and capital market transactions is required.

You should be adept at assisting with corporate transformation matters, including compliance and restructuring.
