As a Consultant in our National Tax Law and Corporate Transformation & Transaction Services team in Bangalore, you will leverage your expertise in national sector-agnostic teams. You'll collaborate with clients across industries, providing insights into tax policies and laws worldwide. This role requires a qualified Company Secretary with up to 4 years of experience. A working knowledge of the Companies Act and LODR is preferred.
