As a Consultant, you will manage engagements professionally, meeting client expectations and contractual terms. Key tasks include preparing and filing individual tax returns and e-TDS, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and advising on cross-border structuring for employee mobility. You'll also gain working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Collaborate constructively with your team, maintaining a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Contribute to evaluating and enhancing team performance by sharing knowledge from various sources. Consistently deliver high-quality services and work products that surpass client expectations. You will participate in executing work within a group, assist in delivering assignments effectively, and team with tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax solutions.

Possess a certified CA qualification and 0-1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You must have strong analytical and numerical abilities, be an enthusiastic self-starter, and a team player with a keen ability to grasp details and excellent time management skills.

Ideally, you will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfort interacting with senior executives, both within EY and at client organizations, is also beneficial.
