As a Consultant within Financial Services Tax, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance for financial players operating out of GIFT City. Your responsibilities will include:

- Gaining working knowledge of the Income Tax Act and basic understanding of GST, SEZ Regulations, and Gujarat local laws. - Evaluating and analyzing regulations from IFSCA, including relevant master circulars and notifications from RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI. - Assessing consultation papers and draft regulations issued by IFSCA. - Tracking regulatory updates pertinent to GIFT City. - Proficiently utilizing MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Demonstrating strong drafting and communication abilities.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Professional qualifications such as CA, CS, or a Law degree. - 1 to 3 years of experience in Direct Tax or Regulatory matters.
