Manage client engagements professionally, adhering strictly to contractual terms and client expectations. This includes preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. You will also advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, with a working knowledge of immigration and provident fund matters related to expatriates.

Contribute to team performance by maintaining a positive attitude, actively seeking learning opportunities, and working collaboratively. Share knowledge from various sources to enrich team expertise and consistently deliver high-quality work products that surpass client expectations.

Execute assigned tasks within the work program, adhering to firm methodologies, guidance, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and software applications efficiently for research. Develop technical competence by staying updated on industry trends and applying this knowledge to complex situations. Analyze and convert data into accurate and timely tax products, ensuring all documents are meticulously checked and available for tax inspections.

Essential qualifications include being a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The ability to grasp details quickly and a genuine willingness to learn are crucial for success.
