Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and conduct benchmarking studies for multinational clients.

Develop specialized expertise in transfer pricing and become a recognized technical resource within the service line.

Identify international transactions, compute arm's length prices, select appropriate methods, and prepare detailed transfer pricing study reports.

Manage teams of consultants and interns, overseeing client-specific projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Assist clients with transfer pricing and supply chain planning, and identify opportunities for expanding services with existing clients.

Conduct thorough economic and comparability analyses, utilizing Indian and foreign databases effectively.

Prepare technical submissions for assessment and appellate levels, demonstrating a strong grasp of evolving transfer pricing laws and OECD guidelines.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of dedicated core transfer pricing experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and the transfer pricing regulations of developed countries.

Well-versed in the technical concepts of India's evolving Transfer Pricing law and DTAA interpretation.

Ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and interact effectively with senior executives.

Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and strong leadership potential.
