Engage professionally with clients, managing expectations and adhering to contract terms. Key tasks include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. You'll advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, with exposure to immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Day-to-day operations involve assisting in group work execution, delivering assignments effectively, and collaborating with tax professionals. Ensure all assigned work aligns with the firm's methodologies, professional standards, and work programs. Utilize electronic working papers and various software for research, and accurately convert data into tax advisory or compliance products.

A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is required, with 0-1 year of relevant experience. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an entry-level position.

Success in this role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong analytical abilities. You should be enthusiastic, a self-starter, a team player, and possess good time management skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
