Client responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally, meeting client expectations, and adhering to contract terms. You will prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, draft submissions for tax authorities, and provide advice on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements. Experience with immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates is also involved.

People responsibilities focus on maintaining a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and constructive teamwork to enhance performance. You'll contribute knowledge from various sources and deliver high-quality work exceeding client expectations.

Operationally, you will assist in executing work within a group, deliver tasks effectively, and collaborate with tax professionals on comprehensive tax solutions. Ensure adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and software applications efficiently for research. Develop and apply technical knowledge to moderately complex situations, analyzing data to create accurate and timely tax products. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and contribute to team success through understanding methodologies, updating team members on work status, and proactively seeking opportunities to provide tax services.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.

To qualify, candidates must be a certified CA with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
