As a Consultant, you will provide technical excellence by assisting seniors in responding to client queries on corporate tax matters, including capital gains, tax payments, and return of income preparation. You will conduct technical research on income-tax provisions, prepare submissions for assessment and appellate proceedings, and support representations before income-tax authorities. Routine appearances before income-tax authorities for client matters will also be part of your role.

Client engagement will involve maintaining professionalism and meeting client expectations as per contract terms. People responsibilities include exhibiting a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and constructive collaboration within the team to enhance performance. You will leverage knowledge from various sources, and deliver high-quality services that exceed client expectations. To be successful in this role, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of experience in direct tax and M&A. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will need strong analytical and numerical abilities, coupled with good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a self-starter attitude.
