Provide comprehensive L1/L2/L3 support for CCH Tagetik applications, ensuring seamless daily operations and prompt resolution of incidents within SLAs. You will also monitor system performance, conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues, and support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Your role will involve implementing minor configuration changes, maintaining business rules and reports, and supporting system upgrades. Additionally, you'll manage data loads, integrations, and interfaces, ensuring data integrity and quality while interacting effectively with finance and business users, and conducting user training sessions.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, coupled with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik support or implementation. A strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting processes, along with proven experience in application support and incident management, is essential.

Familiarity with data management, including data loads and integrations, and experience supporting interfaces with systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday, will be advantageous. Excellent stakeholder interaction skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users are also key.
