Provide comprehensive L1/L2/L3 support for CCH Tagetik applications, ensuring seamless daily system operations and prompt incident resolution within SLAs. Support critical financial processes including Consolidation, Close, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting, while meticulously validating and reconciling financial data. Drive system enhancements, maintain business rules and workflows, and support system upgrades and testing. Monitor data loads, manage integrations, and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity across financial systems.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in CCH Tagetik support or implementation, coupled with a solid understanding of Financial Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting processes. Experience in application support and incident management is essential, alongside proficiency in core technical skills such as CCH Tagetik, Financial Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting, Reporting, Workflow Management, Data Validation, and User Administration. Experience with leading global finance transformation programs and managing large-scale implementation projects is also highly valued.
