Provide comprehensive L1/L2/L3 support for CCH Tagetik applications, including system monitoring and incident resolution within SLAs.

Support core financial processes such as Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Implement minor configuration changes, maintain business rules and reports, and support system upgrades and testing.

Manage data loads and integrations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure the quality of financial data.

Act as a key point of contact for finance and business users, facilitating communication and conducting user training.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology is required, along with 2-5 years of experience in CCH Tagetik support or implementation.

Solid understanding of Financial Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting processes is essential.

Proven experience in application support and effective incident management is necessary for success in this role.

Familiarity with interfacing systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday is advantageous.
