Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Consultant specializing in Tableau. This role is instrumental in empowering organizations to harness the full potential of their data through advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions. You will be at the forefront of data modernization and migration initiatives, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and fuel business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will involve resolving complex performance, scalability, and architectural issues within Tableau environments. You'll govern enterprise Self-Service BI (SSBI) through best practices, manage Tableau Server/Cloud environments including user and security configurations, and troubleshoot data connectivity between Tableau and SAP BI/BW on HANA. Analyzing dashboard performance bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis for various issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to design reporting solutions are key. You will also coordinate with SAP data engineering teams, develop technical documentation, and support UAT and production deployments.

We are seeking candidates with 3-10 years of experience in Tableau Desktop and Server/Cloud/Online administration and development. Essential skills include expertise in advanced Tableau dashboard creation, managing Tableau security, user, and project structures, strong SQL proficiency, and a solid understanding of RDBMS. The ability to troubleshoot data issues from dashboards to source systems, experience integrating Tableau with enterprise data platforms, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital. Familiarity with documenting technical issues and collaborating with engineering teams is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is necessary for this role.
