Develop and implement advanced data science and AI solutions tailored for business and supply chain problems. This includes collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing diverse datasets. You will build and refine machine learning models, forecasting systems, optimization algorithms, and statistical models specific to supply chain use cases.

Furthermore, you will explore and apply Generative AI and Agentic AI approaches, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Key responsibilities also involve evaluating, validating, and visualizing model performance, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders, and supporting the integration of these solutions with engineering and technology teams.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics is required. Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of ML/statistical techniques are essential. Exposure to forecasting, optimization, operations research, or simulation methodologies is highly valued.

Experience with Generative AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI is a plus. Familiarity with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or CatBoost is necessary. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, alongside cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, is beneficial. Prior experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments is preferred.
