Develop sophisticated data science and AI solutions tailored for business and supply chain challenges. This involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing diverse datasets. You will build and implement ML, forecasting, optimization, and statistical models.

Apply advanced techniques like Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-enabled workflows. Validate, visualize, and communicate model insights effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, data engineering, and technology stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions. Contribute to building reusable AI assets and accelerators for the team.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics is required. Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of ML/statistical techniques are essential.

Candidates should have exposure to forecasting, optimization, operations research, or simulation. Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI is expected. Experience with ML libraries like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or CatBoost is necessary.

Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is beneficial. Prior experience in supply chain or manufacturing is preferred.
