- Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of existing sports policies, schemes, and governance structures. - Evaluate Gujarat's sports performance ecosystem and identify key trends. - Define priority sports with high medal potential and develop a State Medal Strategy. - Establish a strong grassroots talent identification and athlete development program. - Implement effective coach education, certification, and upskilling initiatives. - Design and operationalize an integrated sports competition framework across various levels. - Provide strategic support for bidding for and hosting sporting events. - Develop athlete welfare, safeguarding, and safe sport policies. - Create strategies for sports economy, CSR, and revenue generation.
