Join our dynamic Supply Chain & Network Operations team as a Consultant specializing in Procurement Technology. As a key member of our SCNO team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will be vital in configuring platforms, supporting project lifecycles, and driving process improvements. You will be instrumental in configuring the Ivalua platform to meet specific business requirements, working closely with senior consultants and project managers on end-to-end project activities. Utilizing SQL for data validation, extraction, transformation, and analysis is a core aspect of this role. Furthermore, you'll participate in crucial data migration tasks and interface testing, as well as documenting functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.

Key responsibilities include tracking project deliverables, providing status updates, and actively supporting issue resolution. Effective coordination with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Procurement, and IT, will be essential. You will also support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training initiatives, while proactively identifying process gaps and suggesting workflow enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Ivalua platform. A solid understanding of SQL and fundamental database concepts is required, alongside strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
