Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Procurement Technology Consultant based in Pune. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing enterprise technology solutions that drive functional excellence and foster innovation for our clients.

Assist in configuring the Ivalua platform to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers on end-to-end project execution. Utilize SQL for essential data tasks including validation, extraction, transformation, and analysis. Participate in data migration processes and conduct interface testing. Develop comprehensive functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals. Monitor project deliverables, track status updates, and contribute to issue resolution. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Technology, Procurement, and IT departments. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and deliver training initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to existing workflows.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is required, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with the Ivalua platform. Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of basic database concepts are essential. Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail are key. Excellent communication and documentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration and reporting. An eagerness to learn new technology platforms and enterprise tools is highly valued. Ability to thrive and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is crucial.
