Engage in comprehensive business requirements gathering and solution documentation. Configure, implement, and support Coupa solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Leverage expertise in Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, and Vendor Management. Collaborate with teams to map applications to business processes, conduct gap analysis, and suggest improvements. Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support issue resolution with clients. Document issue resolutions and share knowledge internally to foster continuous learning.

Possess 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Procurement Technology. Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with S2P (Source-to-Pay) and BSM (Business Spend Management) systems, including functionality and configurations. Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems is a significant advantage. Ability to review solutions, assess feasibility, and ensure functional fitment aligns with Coupa standards.
