Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Technology Consultant in Bengaluru, focusing on S&P (Supply & Procurement) technologies within Supply Chain & Network Operations. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation through enterprise technology solutions.

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the gathering and documentation of business requirements, as well as the configuration and implementation of Coupa solutions. Ensuring industry best practices are embedded throughout the project lifecycle is a core aspect of this position.

Your responsibilities will encompass Coupa configuration and implementation support, ensuring industry best practices are followed. You will leverage your experience in Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, and Vendor Management to provide valuable insights. A key part of the role involves reviewing solutions for feasibility and functional fitment against Coupa standards, aligning with customer expectations for seamless project delivery.

Prepare comprehensive test cases for implemented modules and validate deliverables prior to client testing and UAT. You will also be responsible for issue resolution, documenting resolutions, and sharing knowledge internally. Interacting with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conducting gap analysis will be essential.

Suggest process improvements based on application capabilities and industry best practices. Provide support for all formal implementation documentation and functional inputs to the technical team. Contribute to the training and development of the Coupa team and assist in pre-sales activities, demos, and estimates as needed.

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 8 years of experience, ideally immediate joiners. A strong hands-on background in S2P (Source-to-Pay) and BSM (Business Spend Management) system functionality and configurations is essential.

Experience in Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, and Vendor Management is required. While not mandatory, experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems would be a significant advantage. You should be comfortable reviewing solutions, checking feasibility, and ensuring functional fitment with Coupa standards and best practices.
