Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in Procurement Technology within Supply Chain & Network Operations. This position is based in Bengaluru and is part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. We are seeking immediate joiners with a hybrid work arrangement and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Engage in comprehensive business requirements gathering and solution documentation.

Handle Coupa configuration, implementation, and provide ongoing project support. Ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Leverage expertise in procurement, invoicing, sourcing, catalogue management, contract management, and vendor management. Experience with Coupa integration and legacy system mapping is a valuable asset.

Review solutions for feasibility and functional fitment with Coupa standards. Manage client expectations to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare test cases and validate deliverables for client testing and UAT.

Provide support for issue resolution and document solutions for internal knowledge sharing. Interact with end-users and business owners to align applications with business processes and conduct gap analysis.

Propose process improvements based on application capabilities and industry best practices. Offer functional input to the technical team and support formal implementation documentation.

Contribute to the training and development of the Coupa team. Assist with pre-sales activities, including demos and estimations.

A strong understanding of S2P (Source-to-Pay) and BSM (Business Spend Management) system functionality and configurations is essential.

This role requires a graduate degree and is ideally suited for immediate joiners with 4 to 8 years of professional experience.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in procurement, invoicing, sourcing, catalogue management, contract management, and vendor management. Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems would be a significant advantage.
