As a Consultant for Source to Contract operations, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of Source-to-Contract activities. This includes strategic sourcing, robust supplier management, effective negotiations, contract development, and diligent risk governance to ensure optimal value delivery, risk mitigation, and enhanced supplier performance.

Key responsibilities involve executing sourcing projects (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs), conducting comprehensive spend analysis, market research, and supplier assessments. You will manage supplier relationships, support performance reviews, and facilitate governance discussions on risk, performance, compliance, and resilience. Additionally, you'll conduct supplier outreach to gather vital information and lead commercial negotiations while collaborating with various stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Finance, and business units.

We are seeking candidates with 3-6 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Contract Management. Essential skills include strong negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical abilities, and clear communication. Experience with procurement in Banking/Financial institutions or exposure to multi-BU/global operating models is highly valued.

Technical proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, or Ivalua is required. Familiarity with analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau is also important. A background in Supply Chain & Network Operations within Global Services is ideal.

Educational qualifications include a graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, BMS) or a postgraduate degree (M.Com, MBA, CA). Certifications in Procurement/Sourcing like CIPS or CPSM are advantageous. We seek individuals with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong problem-solving orientation.
