Join Deloitte as a Consultant in Bengaluru, focusing on Supply Chain & Network Operations. This role is pivotal in establishing and optimizing a global capability for supplier payment terms adherence. You will bridge the gap between Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Analytics, leveraging your expertise to ensure compliance, enhance cash flow, and support data-driven negotiations.

This is an opportunity to drive significant impact by ensuring adherence to contractual payment terms across global business units. You will be instrumental in improving cash flow discipline and enabling more effective supplier negotiations through robust data analysis and reporting.

Your responsibilities will encompass critical areas such as data collection and validation from ERP systems, performing invoice-to-contract matching, and cleansing data from multiple sources. You will conduct compliance monitoring by analyzing payment cycles, calculating adherence percentages, and identifying exceptions. Developing interactive dashboards for reporting and insights, performing trend analysis, and generating actionable intelligence for working capital improvement are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will support issue resolution through root cause analysis and coordinate with various stakeholders for effective problem-solving.

You will also contribute to developing a standardized governance framework for payment terms adherence, ensuring alignment with contracts and policies. Driving digital enablement through analytics and automation to streamline reporting and continuous process improvement will be essential. This includes identifying opportunities for touchless compliance tracking and real-time dashboards.

We are seeking candidates with approximately 4-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, procurement operations, or Finance/AP reporting. A strong understanding of procurement contracting, P2P processes, or working capital analytics is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office suite and enterprise procurement systems like SAP, Ariba, or Coupa is required, along with hands-on experience in data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Successful candidates will demonstrate experience working with global stakeholders and multiple business units, possess strong communication and influencing skills, and a structured problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, Finance, Economics) is essential, with a Master's degree in Finance or Analytics being a preferred advantage. Experience in data-driven roles combining finance and operations, along with familiarity with workflow automation tools, will set candidates apart.
