As a Consultant, your primary responsibilities will involve rigorous data collection and validation from ERP systems, ensuring invoice-to-contract matching, and maintaining a single source of truth for payment terms. You will conduct comprehensive compliance monitoring, analyzing payment cycles, calculating adherence percentages, and identifying exceptions. Key duties include developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau, performing trend analysis, and generating insights to support working capital optimization and supplier negotiations. You will also be instrumental in issue resolution, conducting root cause analysis for non-compliant transactions and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Furthermore, you will support the development of a standardized governance framework for payment terms adherence and drive continuous improvement through analytics and automation.

To excel in this role, you should possess approximately 4-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, procurement operations, or Finance/AP reporting. A strong foundation in Procurement contracting, P2P processes, or working capital analytics is essential. Proficiency in MS Office suite and enterprise procurement systems like SAP, Ariba, or Coupa is required, along with hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple business units and cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement) is crucial. A structured problem-solving mindset, strong governance and compliance orientation, attention to detail, and high ownership are key behavioral competencies. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (B. Com, BBA, B. Tech, Finance, Economics) is required, with a Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Analytics) being preferred. Certifications in Data Analytics or Finance/Procurement are also advantageous.
