Key responsibilities include defining and governing the MMF model with standardized taxonomy and policies. You will maintain and refine forecasting models, integrating market indicators and commodity data for improved accuracy. This role also involves coordinating MMF inputs for Business Planning cycles, validating data, and ensuring alignment with financial planning assumptions.

Deliver monthly MMF updates, highlighting material changes and key drivers, while translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership. You will identify and quantify risks and opportunities from commodity market movements, supporting mitigation planning and providing early warning signals. Designing and delivering comprehensive dashboards and reporting frameworks is also a core aspect, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving adoption of analytics tools. Collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and BU stakeholders globally is essential.

We are seeking candidates with 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, forecasting, financial modeling, or analytics, preferably within Global Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Consumer Goods organizations. Prior experience in commodity forecasting, market analytics, or cost modeling is highly valued.

Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, and Power BI, is essential. Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, along with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), is required. A structured problem-solving mindset, strong governance orientation, attention to detail, and high ownership are critical behavioral competencies.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Analytics. An MBA in Finance, Strategy, or Operations is preferred. Experience working with cross-functional global stakeholders and across multiple Business Units (BUs) is crucial for success in this role.
