Join a dynamic team focused on enterprise technology as a Contract Administration & Governance Consultant. This role is pivotal in establishing and optimizing a GCC-led contract governance capability. The objective is to instill discipline, enhance visibility, and strengthen control across the entire contract lifecycle within various business units. Emphasis will be placed on standardization, ensuring compliance, and leveraging data-driven insights for effective governance. This includes centrally managing, digitally enabling, and actively monitoring both new and legacy contracts.
Key responsibilities encompass managing the complete contract lifecycle, establishing robust contract governance and monitoring systems, and overseeing obligation and performance management. The role also involves providing support for compliance, risk, and audit activities, as well as managing contract renewals and amendments. Crucially, you will act as a driver for technology and automation to ensure success in these areas.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Contract Management, or S2P operations is essential. A strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, governance, and compliance is required, along with experience in contract repositories, approvals, and audit documentation. Proven stakeholder management and coordination skills are vital, particularly when working with global teams and cross-functional departments like Legal and Finance. Experience in GCC/Procurement CoE environments and familiarity with contract governance frameworks are expected. Exposure to CLM/ERP systems such as Icertis, SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, and analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, is highly advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in B. Com, BBA, BMS, or equivalent is required, with an MBA or M. Com being preferred.
