This role supports the development and execution of a global capability aimed at enhancing visibility, governance, and compliance of supplier payment terms across various business units. The focus is on ensuring adherence to contractual payment terms, improving cash flow management, and enabling data-driven negotiations with suppliers.

The position bridges Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Analytics, requiring expertise in contracting, financial processes, and data analysis to monitor compliance, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

Monitor supplier payment term adherence and identify deviations from contractual agreements. Drive improvements in cash flow discipline through effective management of payment terms. Utilize data analytics to support supplier negotiations and optimize working capital. Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Analytics teams to ensure integrated operations. Support global business units in achieving compliance with payment term policies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, procurement operations, or Finance/AP reporting is essential. Familiarity with global operating models, particularly within Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG) industries, is required. Understanding of P2P processes, approval workflows, compliance frameworks, and working capital analytics is necessary. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and enterprise procurement systems is a must. Experience working with global stakeholders, multiple business units, and cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement) is highly valued. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Technology, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field is required. An MBA or a Master's degree in Finance or Analytics is preferred. Basic familiarity with automation tools, AI-enabled contract analysis, and workflow automation is advantageous.
