Furthermore, you will be instrumental in digital enablement efforts, facilitating end-to-end visibility of supplier performance metrics. Establishing structured performance management and governance frameworks is crucial, as is ensuring proactive issue tracking and resolution for seamless supply continuity.

We are seeking candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier lifecycle management. A strong background in global procurement environments, particularly within MedTech, Pharma, or FMCG/CPG sectors, is essential.

Proven experience in cross-functional coordination within global operating models or Centers of Excellence is required. Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, alongside data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, is expected. The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights is key. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, B.Com, BBA, Supply Chain, or an equivalent is necessary, with an MBA or Master's in Supply Chain/Operations being preferred.
