Join our Sourcing & Procurement Advisory team as a Consultant and drive end-to-end procurement transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of procurement.

You will collaborate across business and technical teams, gathering requirements and developing insightful solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to engage in impactful projects within the S&P - GCC - Operate domain.

Support strategic sourcing and procurement transformation projects across various spend categories, focusing on value creation and cost optimization.

Conduct comprehensive spend analytics, market intelligence, and supplier assessments to inform sourcing strategies. Assist in developing and executing category strategies, sourcing pipelines, and supplier selection processes.

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and process designs. Facilitate workshops and client discussions to align stakeholders and drive project success. Assess and design future-state procurement operating models and governance frameworks.

Develop essential client-ready deliverables, including process documentation, SOPs, business cases, and executive presentations. Support the implementation of procurement technologies like S2P, P2P, CLM, and Supplier Management platforms. Drive process improvements and change management initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications globally, and ensure project alignment. Track project milestones, risks, and timelines, supporting governance forums and issue resolution. Contribute to engagement management, knowledge development, and practice growth.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement Consulting, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Consulting, or Procurement Transformation is required.

Demonstrated experience supporting sourcing and procurement transformation engagements, with exposure to Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, and Category Management processes.

Familiarity with global and multicultural teams is essential. Experience with procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or Oracle Procurement Cloud is highly desirable.

Educational background should include a B.Com, BBA, BMS, or a similar three-year graduate course, complemented by an M.Com, MBA, or a similar two-year postgraduate course.
