As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping supply chain strategies and roadmaps, working closely with client leadership. You'll manage client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

This position also involves mentoring team members and contributing to business development, including proposals and client pitches. Experience in diverse industries and digital supply chain initiatives is highly valued.

Lead and execute supply chain transformation projects covering planning, sourcing, and manufacturing. Drive initiatives focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with client executives to define and implement effective supply chain strategies and roadmaps. Conduct diagnostics, design solutions, and oversee the implementation of supply chain best practices. Manage client relationships, serving as a key advisor on supply chain matters. Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their capabilities. Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client presentations.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, complemented by an MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute. We seek candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry expertise. Prior experience with Big 4 or leading consulting firms is preferred. Demonstrated hands-on experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, and Manufacturing/Shopfloor operations is essential. Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and experience in supply chain transformation or digital initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment is expected. Exposure to supply chain tools and platforms is advantageous. Experience across industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Metals and Mining, Cement, Chemicals, or Pharma is a plus.
