Lead project workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Diagnose client issues and operational bottlenecks through research and data analysis. Facilitate client workshops and present findings to stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and support their development. Develop reports, roadmaps, and business cases for organizational change.

Requires 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or advisory roles. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
