Lead the design and implementation of scalable Kubernetes infrastructure. Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Define and enforce best practices for containerization and infrastructure as code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build resilient cloud-native solutions. Enhance observability through logging, metrics, and alerting. Manage and mentor DevOps engineers, fostering technical growth. Own and maintain automation scripts and Kubernetes manifests. Troubleshoot complex issues in cloud and containerized environments. Stay updated with industry trends and Kubernetes advancements.

We are seeking candidates with over 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on production-grade Kubernetes experience is essential. Strong knowledge of Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes components is required. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible is necessary. Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI is expected. Skilled in scripting and automation using Python or Bash. Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP is a must. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills are vital.
