As a key member of the SuccessFactors Team, you will implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong emphasis on Onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting requirement gathering, designing solutions, configuring the system, and providing comprehensive support throughout the implementation lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central and other modules.

We are seeking a certified SAP SF practitioner with 3-5 years of experience, possessing a deep understanding of Onboarding processes, including Onboarding 2.0 configuration and its integration points. Essential skills include requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with clients and team members.
