As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team, you will be instrumental in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules within a global context. Key responsibilities include collaborating with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective SuccessFactors solutions, managing requirements gathering, solution design, and providing end-to-end support from implementation to production. You'll also be involved in developing functional specifications, assisting with testing processes, and creating essential documentation and training materials for clients and end-users.

We are seeking a certified SAP SF practitioner with 3-5 years of experience. A strong understanding of Onboarding processes, including Onboarding 2.0 configuration and integration with Employee Central, is essential. Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support is expected. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams. Experience with cloud implementation methodologies and leading multiple full-cycle implementations is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, HR Management, or Psychology is required.
