Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll systems within a global framework, configuring solutions to meet client needs. Provide robust production and warranty support post-implementation. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Configure core payroll functionalities, including PCR, payroll tables, wage types, and posting. Develop and implement statutory reports and payslip configurations specific to India. Contribute to workshops for design, playback, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support data migration activities for Employee Central, including template preparation, validation, and loading.

Requires 2-6 years of experience as a SAP HCM Payroll consultant with 2-3 successful implementations, ideally in a lead or support role. Possess strong knowledge of India Payroll, including statutory requirements and configuration skills for core payroll functions. Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is essential, including 2-6 years with 2-3 implementations and a strong understanding of its core functionalities like Position Management, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Benefits. Proficiency in building Custom MDFs, Business Rules, Letters, and Notifications within Employee Central. Familiarity with localized core HR Employee Central knowledge for India and the Middle East. Must have actively participated in Design, Playback, and UAT workshops. Bachelor’s, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field is required.
