The Consulting role within Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - S&E - Deal Management focuses on enabling clients to reimagine ecosystems and reshape portfolios. We assist clients with strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges, providing expertise in areas like portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning, and risk management. Our Connected Capital Solutions help drive competitive advantage through improved decision-making, encompassing Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate, and Reshaping Results.

Drive technical excellence in integration planning and execution for post-merger and acquisition engagements. Design and manage separation strategies, including carve-outs and divestiture transition activities. Develop comprehensive Day-1 readiness plans and Day-100 roadmaps for seamless transaction execution. Identify, quantify, and track value creation levers throughout the deal lifecycle. Assess synergy opportunities and ensure their delivery through structured tracking and governance.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Business Analysis.
